My name is Samphire. After living over a decade with chronic pain and feeling frustrated with the limitations of conventional medicine, I embarked on a personal journey to find relief. Through studying psychology and neuroscience combined with exploring practices such as natural movement, natural nutrition, mindfulness and nature immersion I gradually reclaimed my health and am now thriving.
Today, as a psychotherapist and natural lifestyle coach, I am dedicated to supporting others who face chronic pain. Drawing from my own experiences, I tailor my approach to guide each individual towards healing, offering hope and empowerment along the way.
